For this makeup tutorial, I was requested to do the look I was wearing in my Hair Care Routine Video and I thought I might as well glam it up and create a classic prom makeup look that can go with any color dress. I love creating these beautiful, eye opening looks and you'll definitely stand out in pictures. For prom, or any other formal event, you don't want to over due your makeup.
